Chief Estimator - ICI

• Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates and project budgets for ICI construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop comprehensive tender submissions.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and ensure cost competitiveness.
• Supervise and mentor the estimating team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Analyse project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
• Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and material costs to maintain competitive bids.
• Participate in client meetings to present estimates and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain and update estimating databases and tools to improve the efficiency of future bids.
