Chief of Estimation - ICI Construction

• Develop and manage the estimation process for construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to determine project requirements and budgets.
• Lead and mentor a team of estimators to achieve departmental goals and maintain high-quality standards.
• Analyse project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Identify potential risks or opportunities within project bids and recommend solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure competitive pricing and reliable execution.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure estimates align with current industry standards.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project bids and estimation outcomes to senior leadership.
