With a focus on quality, precision, and performance, we're committed to delivering excellence on every site.Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction sectorDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, architects, and industry partnersLead proposal development and support bid submissions in collaboration with the estimating and project teamsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote services and capabilitiesMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategyCollaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with project delivery and operational capacityMaintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects and regularly report on sales activity and progressSupport contract negotiations and assist in closing deals with new and existing clientsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
