Job Description
* Qualify and identify target leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities
* Set up and lead meetings or calls with qualified prospects
* Manage high volume book of existing and prospective accounts
* Educate clients on industry and solutions and proactively seek new business opportunities
* Proactively identify client needs and overcome objections by offering appropriate solutions
* Proactively determine customer needs, and with creative solutions, while working within company guidelines
* Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
* Achieve key performance indicator (KPIs) metrics, productivity standards, and call quality performance, adhere to schedule
* Provide exceptional customer service and first call resolution, while driving customer loyalty
* Exhibit good time management and organizational skills
* Keep a high level of technical and business understanding and the ability to map industry segments
* Work closely with senior management, and communicate customer needs, feedback, and market discoveries on new and existing products
* Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned
The Successful Applicant
* BSc/BA in business administration, or a relevant field
* Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including prospecting, and cold calls
* Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills and ability to build sustainable business relationships
* Excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and committed to meeting deadlines
* Motivation to make an impact in a fast-paced growing company
* Competency and passion about new tools and technologies to improve business processes
* Familiar with technology market trends and demonstrate curiosity in new technologies and products that could add value
* Previous experience in customer success is a plus
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations
* Technical or engineering background is an asset but not required
