As they continue to expand, they are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Superintendent.Job DescriptionCollaborate closely with the Site Superintendent to ensure projects achieve their scheduled targets and profitability goals.Advocate for and implement health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project.Regularly update the construction schedule to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.Coordinate tasks and activities with various project stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultants, site foremen, field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ensure that materials and workmanship comply with quality standards and regulations.Lead by example to ensure that all site personnel adhere to the company's safety culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
