Assistant Site Superintendent - Institutional Construction

• Assist the Site Superintendent in organizing daily construction activities.
• Support planning, scheduling, and controlling projects from start to finish within budget and specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team to review plans and ensure accurate implementation.
• Advocate for and implement health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project.
• Regularly update the construction schedule to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate tasks and activities with various project stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultants, site foremen, field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure quality standards.
• Organize pre-construction meetings to ensure all trades understand requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that materials and workmanship comply with quality standards and regulations.
• Perform regular inspections for compliance and quality.
• Provide updates on project progress and challenges to the Site Superintendent.
• Lead by example to ensure that all site personnel adhere to the company's safety culture.
