Job Description





  • Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of sports flooring installations on ICI projects


  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and material procurement


  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution


  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance


  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and close-out packages


  • Help coordinate delivery logistics and installation timelines


  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant



  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, ideally within the ICI sector


  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field


  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software


  • Experience with Procore is considered a strong asset


  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


  • Experience or familiarity with any of the following is an asset:


    • Athletic surfaces


    • Performing arts flooring


    • Specialty surfacing


    • Sporting equipment
