They are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.Job DescriptionAssist the Project Management team in planning and coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for Commercial, Industrial and Retails projects.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and timely achievement of milestones.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documents, including contracts and progress reports.Track project budgets and timelines to identify and address potential risks, ensuring successful and profitable project delivery.Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that construction meets all required standards and specifications.Assist in securing necessary permits and ensuring regulatory compliance.Support the project closeout process, including final inspections, punch lists, and client turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
