Due to the nature of the offshore fund market, with its appetite for candidates with technical ‘back office’ experience, fund accounting and fund administration recruitment are our key areas of expertise. Financial services institutions, trusts, funds and professional services firms all require experienced and qualified people to aid them with their offshore work flow. As such, the ICSA qualification is highly sought after in all of our jurisdictions with organizations considering both part and fully qualified candidates, depending on their level of additional experience.
All candidates, especially those with onshore-only experience, will have to adapt to the new structures and regulations that govern their jurisdiction. This ‘transition process’ is usually achieved with ease providing they have the support of their employer.
