The corporate finance team recruit corporate finance professionals into a wide range of financial institutions, from analyst level up to managing director. Typically, candidates will come from another corporate finance function but we also have the ability to source candidates from a broad range of backgrounds such as accounting, strategic and management consulting, corporates and legal.  Aside from mergers and acquisitions, we have also successfully recruited professionals into both equity capital markets and corporate broking teams across the country, again at all levels from analyst to director.
Secondary market equities focus on research and sales.  We have a proven record at all levels in these markets from CAs entering investment banking, to senior sector heads. Our assignments are diverse, ranging from advertised mandates to source multiple candidates and bespoke searches.
Private equity recruitment also sits within the corporate finance team's capability. This is a market which has seen recent growth and is currently engaged on a number of senior level mandates. The team is experienced in handling both single and multiple recruitment assignments across the market spectrum and have a reputation for selection expertise that is second to none, built on a consistent track record and a proactive approach.
