Job Description

One of the fastest growing residential manager in North America.

As the Yardi Team Lead your responsibilities will be to:

  • Supporting end users on site, via phone, email, and remote login.
  • Troubleshoot issues all the way through resolution or escalation
  • Deployment of new computers, setup of new hardware.
  • Take care of level 1 and level 2 support
  • Work closely with vendors for third level support
  • Work with a global IT team to support the users

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Yardi Support Analyst will have:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience supporting Active Directory, Exchange, hardware performance, video conference system
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting Yardi
  • Bachelor or technical degree
  • Good team spirit and good customer services skills
