About Our Client
Our client is a leading Global Canadian Bank with a growing global presence
- Establish the vision for the overall Testing team, create the structure and processes to drive evolution, and lead the team to achieve it.
- Active leadership, providing direction and oversight for test execution and test program leads across a large base of portfolios.
- Leadership of the test program leads and test managers at all levels to drive the practice of scheduling, tracking, and reporting on project milestones, deliverables, and successes.
- Active participation in forums - internal and external - to maintain currency of technical testing knowledge and trends.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 - 15 years of senior IT/Testing leadership and management
- Experienced change agent - able to identify and implement process improvements
- Expertise in agile delivery frameworks and effective integration of QA/Testing capabilities within a variety of delivery methodologies (agile, iterative, waterfall)
- Strong expertise in Test Automation, including frameworks, tooling and successful implementations
- Experience in metrics frameworks to measure performance and quality of capabilities
- Strategic - Ability to turn strategy into practical solutions
- Strong leadership skills - ability to lead change and effectively manage a large technical organization
