Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Director and working directly with assigned customers, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient supply chain process that meets our customer's expectations while minimizing inventory. You will manage raw materials and work in process for continued supply of printed packaging components. You will develop and monitor customer dashboards, track order lead time-lines to meet customer demand patterns and other key performance measures.

Using our in-house supply chain software as well as MSOffice applications, especially Excel, you will improve the organization of data records and computer files while developing and co-ordinating software files to enhance monthly reporting.


The Successful Applicant

You are a degreed professional who has completed studies in a technical field such as Business which included Supply Chain Management or have completed a recognized Supply Chain Management Certification program. You have applied knowledge of MRP and DRP. You are well organized with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel including pivot table and macro development. You have strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stake holders. You are detail oriented and have demonstrated an ability to work within strict time demands. Strong working knowledge of MSOffice applications is required. Previous exposure to vendor managed inventory (VMI) would be considered an asset.
