Job Description

Participate in the systems implementation process by performing BA/System analyst tasks, liasioning with various IT teams, developing test cases, performing testing, defining user procedures and workflows, developing conversion and implementation strategies, verifying conversion, providing user documentation, providing user training, and providing post-implementation support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have sound knowledge of Capital Market, Financial instruments including market conventions and valuation methods, risk management methodologies and models including best practices, current and anticipated regulatory requirements, Back Office processes, accounting, reconciliations, and the end-to-end workflows among the Front, Middle, and Back Offices, within at least one financial market area (e.g. interest rate derivatives, fixed income)
  • Derivatives and collateral Management expedience is a great asset
  • Must have experience working in technology teams,should have very sound understanding of IT processes & inter-relationship between IT departments and posses good understanding of systems analysis / BA practices including but not limited to SDLC, requirements specification and testing methodologies
  • Detailed understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel, Visio and word
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of SQL and querying databases
  • Under-graduate degree in business, IT, Technology, mathematics or a related discipline
