Digital Change Agents. This Digital Agency go beyond marketing, looking at the whole business strategically and helping clients to get ahead of their competitors by arming them with best-in-breed digital across all touchpoints (mobile and desktop websites, apps and social media).

Job Description

* Apply data learning, research and insight to strategy development

* Work closely with CX consultants and data analysts to extract insights or where possible, extract them yourself

* Undertake desk and market research and synthesize it into themes with actionable insights in a presentable format

* Write points of views on client`s digital issues

* Help formulate strategies the delight clients and deliver results through behaviour change

* Present research outputs to the client

* Have a strong understanding of user centred design and service design

* Review agency outputs to ensure they are on brief

* Guide experience design work to ensure it is strategically, creatively and commercially effective against agency and client business objectives

* Keep up to date on key trends and become a source of these within the agency

The Successful Applicant

* Familiar with digital strategy development from initial business requirement gathering through to deployment and measurement

* Previous work with a range of clients across channels and media, delivering insight and clear thinking to clients and internal teams alike

* You'll ideally have 4+ years in a digital or integrated agency

* You will be interested in destinations and how they sit within multi-channel customer journeys to create behaviour change, rather than someone with long term ambitions to to a communications or campaign planner

* Comfortable with business/commercial objectives and numbers

* Extremely comfortable with data and CRM

* Knowledgeable about digital strategy and how digital touchpoints can work together alongside other channels to deliver business objectives

* Highly collaborative, with an ability to work effectively with clients, CX teams, designers, account managers, planners and other strategists

* Experienced at analysing/assessing digital experiences, then presenting findings/recommendations

* You will likely have had exposure to retail, e-commerce and/or worked on client accounts involving large, revenue generating websites

* Exposure to the Financial Services industry is highly advantageous
