Our client is a publically traded, multinational professional services firm.

Job Description

The Sales Representative will work collaboratively within a team and work towards both collective and individualistic sales targets to promote organizational growth. Responsibilities with be inclusive, but not limited to the following:

- Outbound calls to existing and potential clientele so as to grow existing accounts and add new accounts to the business

- Networking with executives and team leaders in target markets across the GTA

- Conduct market analysis on behalf of clients so as to confidently learn and accomodate internal business needs

- Use marketing & network techniques so as to fulfill client requests

- Execute meetings to effectively pitch and agree to business terms with potential clientele

- Conduct interviews of potential candidates to represent toward client hiring vacancies

- Engage with executive leadership to train and develop sales skills

- Execute KPI metrics to fulfill sales activity goals

The Successful Applicant

In order to qualify for the position, candidates must possess the following skill set:

- University degree and availability for full time employment

- Driven and motivated attitude

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to present ideas clearly
