About Our Client

My client is a leading insurance firm with a primary focus on B2B with a consultative sales approach.

Job Description

1. Maximize sales revenue and profitability with existing private group clients while pursuing avenues for new business through up-selling and cross selling.

2. Foster relationships with Commercial Account Executives to network among elite clients.

3. Manage a large book of business, focusing on client privacy and confidentiality.

4. Ensure client satisfaction is maximized at all times by providing excellent technical insurance advice following PBL best practices and expectations.

5. Recognize the importance of professional development for personal growth, PBL success and industry advancement.

6. Actively and positively represent PBL in our communities.

7. Assume responsibility for special projects assigned by the VP, Personal Lines.

The Successful Applicant

Post-secondary education ideally in a business related discipline and/or courses in insurance or a combination of education and work experience

RIBO licensed******

CIP or CAIB designation or ability to obtain

Trained and experienced in personal insurance and sales

10+ years' experience in personal lines insurance

5+ years' experience in a senior level capacity directly servicing/selling to affluent clients
