Job Description

The Sales Associate will have a broad scope of role with responsibilities inclusive but not limited to the following:

- Working both independantly and within a team to build new client accounts and business lines for Michael Page Toronto

- Organize and perform meetings with active job seekers and perform internal interviewing and screening processes

- Organize and execute client meetings for both new and existing business

- Analysis and evaluation of client hiring needs

- Collect and utilize market knowledge to match job seekers to target companies

- Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls

The Successful Applicant

In order to qualify for the position candidates must posess the following skill set (*New grads and entry level sales applicants are urged to apply*)

- Charismatic attitude and ability to work both independantly and in teams

- Desire to work in a competitive sales environment

- Experience in customer service \ client facing roles

- University or College degree
