About Our Client

Our client is a leading mid-size Pharmaceutical company based in Laval known for its stability and quality of products. In order to strengthen its position on the market he is looking for a Sales Analyst.

Job Description

The Sales Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop reports to drive decision making
  • Lead a diversity of processes
  • Assist with consolidation of systems
  • Actively participate in implementation of a new integrated solution
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance
  • Use CRM to implement compliance behaviors
  • Develop, maintain & improve SOPs
  • Train and guide users in the usage of the CRM
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and take the initiative to act

The Successful Applicant

The Sales Analyst should have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of handling IMS data
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales related function working with a CRM
  • Good understanding of Sales processes and practice
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Exquisite quantitative and analytical skills
  • entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude
