Job Description

  • Develop integrated marketing and advertising programs to drive traffic and stimulate sales across all full price stores and outlets within Canada
  • Work closely with the Operations team to establish and execute seasonal in-store promotional and product launch campaigns to support sales and traffic driving objectives
  • Work closely with the Operations team to understand store footprints, key cluster markets, store performance from traffic, conversion, average basket in order to ensure programs are positioned to support the growth and KPI targets for retail
  • Build strong relationships with mall marketing managers to leverage all mall related marketing opportunities
  • Develop marketing communication plans to promote store openings and to leverage store-specific promotional opportunities
  • Create promotional campaigns to support seasonal holidays and markdowns (for use across all channels)
  • Track marketing key performance indicators including traffic, sales and ROI for all retail marketing initiatives, and provide evaluation of effectiveness through post mortem analysis & reporting
  • Manage retail marketing calendar, ensuring updates are transparent & communicated to both internal & external stakeholders including stores
  • In collaboration with National Account Manager develop Marketing programs and initiatives supporting the growth of Majors (Golftown, Nordstrom, The Bay, Amazon etc.)
  • Departmental lead for ECCO's loyalty program. Responsible for activations, project work and reporting
  • Responsible for the overall CRM strategy, including planning and execution of seasonal communication plans across all consumer touch points
  • Manage, maintain and develop strategies for consumer acquisition and retention activities and the growth of ECCO Moments across Canada
  • Design and execute email communications and support the development of CRM strategies for ECCO to deliver rich and relevant experiences that unify brand exploration and conversion

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant retail marketing experience
  • Solid understanding of the Canadian Retail environment is a must
  • Consumer-centric mindset
  • Excellent project management skills including budget and resource management
  • Must be proactive and exhibit a sense of ownership and confidence
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented, independent self-starter with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and be part of a team
