About Our Client
You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious company, active in the booming medical aesthetic business sector. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director. Your main responsibilities are:
1.) Key accounts management
Managing daily customer requests with the help of the support team, especially during launch phases (new product launches or market launches). Organizing semi-annual reviews with our partners. Supervising with our partners their development plans and pre-agreed support budgets. Initiating special growth projects with our partners and following their execution. Preparing regular activity reports for directors.
2.) Trainings and events
Training distributors and their sales team centrally and locally. Answering to all queries on products with the support of our medical support team. Supporting our medical trainers during international or national events. Organizing central events and congresses.
3.) One-off specific projects management
Managing one-off value added projects under the supervision of the sales and marketing directors (eg: updating training modules, creating case studies, creating merchandising tools, etc.). Participating to high value added projects for our distributors and clinics. Maintaining and managing our files and sales data This position is based in France, in the Alpes-Maritimes nearby Nice.
The Successful Applicant
At least Bachelor’s degree. 5 to 7 years professional experience with references. Proactive, focused on solutions, able to listen, open to feedbacks. Independent, rigorous and efficient. Capable to deal with priorities, especially when facing strong workload. Knows how to work in team and to build positive professional relationships. Languages: fluent in English and conversational in French. Comfortable with IT, especially the office suite. This position is based in France, in the Alpes-Maritimes nearby Nice.
