About Our Client

Extremely busy office based in downtown Vancouver- you will be engaged with both internal projects and greeting visitors and clients to the office.

Job Description

  • Post-secondary education (Diploma/Degree);
  • Past experience in handling a busy Reception area;
  • IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems; and
  • Data entry and/or basic finance/bookkeeping experience an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; capable to convey a proper image and attitude to internal and external customers;
  • Strong sense of professionalism and customer-service oriented;
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment;
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated levels of accuracy

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree - diploma experience
  • Fluent Mandarin - reading - writing- speaking
  • Previous office reception experience
  • Be a team player
  • Ability to work on various projects
  • Passion for customer experience
  • Ability to deal with senior execs
