About Our Client

My client is a leading provider of modular construction services to the Oil & Gas industry

Job Description

As the Project Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing delivery of multi-million dollar industrial construction projects
  • Managing general operations and delivering commercial success
  • Working with senior management to define and deliver strategic initiatives
  • Defining the scope of assigned projects in collaboration with senior management
  • Overseeing mod-yard operations and facilities
  • Staff attraction, recruitment and retention
  • P&L responsibility
  • Ensuring project delivery in accordance with schedules, budgets and timelines
  • Maintaining good standing with clients

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for:

  • 10+ years construction project management experience
  • Experience running projects in a mod-yard environment
  • Degree educated (ideally engineering with PMP qualification)
  • Extensive experience in project management including budget preparation and control, cost estimating, Scheduling, design and construction contract administration
  • Experience managing general operations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
