About Our Client

My client is a leading industrial fabrication company

Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing delivery of multi-million dollar industrial construction projects
  • Defining the scope of assigned projects in collaboration with senior management
  • Creation of detailed work plans and schedules
  • Determining required project resources (time, money, equipment etc)
  • Ensuring project delivery in accordance with schedules, budgets and timelines
  • Ensuring adherance to safety, quality, E&H protocols
  • Working closely with contracts department to determine commercial terms and mitigate risk
  • Maintaining good standing with clients
  • Team management and sub-contractor engagement

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for:

  • 10+ years construction project management experience
  • Degree educated (ideally engineering with PMP qualification)
  • Extensive experience in project management including budget preparation and control, cost estimating, scheduling, design and construction contract adminstration
  • Experience with engineering and constructability design methods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
