About Our Client

Global Technology Consultancy that is expanding at a rapid rate. Largest in its field and continues to push the boundaries of this sector and so is now recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to add value to the company on a global scale.

Job Description

  • Responsible for processing the Canadian payroll on ADP - 500 employees
  • Run and process time-sheet report from billing system for Payroll Manager to review and import into ADP
  • Ensuring deductions such as Health Care and Advances are reconciled and being deducted from employees pay within the time-line
  • Complete the final payroll checks for Canada, ready for Group Payroll Manager to review.
  • Answering payroll queries from employees
  • Assist with reconciliations of Control Accounts
  • Ensuring all state tax is being deducted correctly for employees and paid to relevant provinces
  • Completing Year End checks within statutory deadlines
  • Set up of payroll schedules for the start of new year for time-sheet deadlines and ADP cut off
  • Any ad-hoc duties as and when required

The Successful Applicant


  • 2-4 years payroll processing experience
  • Volume payroll experience - 500+ employees
  • Knowledge of ADP


  • PCP Designated
  • US Payroll experience
  • Good knowledge of Excel
