Job Description

The Intermediate Sales Consultant will be responsible for an array of duties inclusive but not limited to the following.

- Performing outbound calls in order to generate new and repeat clientele

- Mentoring of more junior staff in order to help develop key sales skills in entry level employees

- Execution of business development meetings in order to retain clients for recruitment services

- Internal interviewing of "job seekers" on the market, to correctly identify tangible and intangible needs

- Analysis and targeting of market verticals in order to network with key clientele

- Contract negotiations and presentations to clientele

- Effectively reach individual and team forecasting targets through business development

- Gain commercial information through networking events, outbound calls, referalls and current events

- Participate in company wide initiatives and events

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the position, candidates must possess the following skill sets:

- Minimum undergraduate degree \ diploma

- Minimum 1-2 years in a sales or business development environment

- Strong presentation skills within a client facing environment

- Ability to work within a team setting (sports background preferred)
