Job Description

- Implement transactional processes that communicate with external transactional components
- Be in charge of design and implementation of all modules Produce documentation for the newly developed modules
- Work in collaboration with the rest of the development team and the QA team to successfully deliver the required features
- Work with the PM to understand feature development
- Provide and submit code reviews
- Verify code testing and coordinate with the QA team

The Successful Applicant


- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering (other degrees are acceptable -combined with the right experience and personality!)

- Experience with Java and JDK8

- Ability to learn quickly and to adapt to a fast-paced, fast-growth environment

- Experience with Relational Database (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL)

- Experience with WSDL and web services, REST (Jackson) and restful services

- Dependency Injection Frameworks (Guice, Spring)

- Ability to translate user needs into clean implementations

- Ability to work independently on projects and deliver with a high-level of quality


- Google Web Toolkit (GWT)
- Experience with Gradle (Artifactory, Ivy)
- Experience writing JDBC queries
- Experience working with GIT
- Work experience with XML and JSON
- Experience working with Accounting systems or ERP systems
- Experience with messaging infrastructures (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) or ESB
- Experience with WildFly (JBoss) or Tomcat, JUnit and Mockito
- Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to other team members
- Previous experience with SCRUM and Agile environments
- Experience with JIRA, Sonar and Jenkins
