Our client is a multi-sector, international business with operations across Energy, Property, Financial Services and technology. They have grown rapidly over the last 2 years and have ambitious expansion plans to grow further.

Job Description

This role will take full responsibility for formulating the organisations Canadian HR policy. This will include but not be limited to recruitment, on boarding of new staff, development of policy, development and implementation of training/succession planning for staff, review of compensation and benefits structure, managing from an HR point of view the integration of any successfully acquired businesses and supporting any issues which may arise.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered you should have:

  • At least 5 years Canadian HR experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive approach
  • A track record of implementing new policy and procedure
  • Mandarin language skills essential
