Job Description

Reporting to the owner of the organization, the Finance Manager will be responsible for an array of duties, inclusive but not limited to the following:

- Training, coaching and mentoring of more junior staff

- Providing operational support to executiv e leadership and offering recommendations for operational improvements

- Cash management for investment requirements

- Adherence to all organizational policies, values and vision

-Assist with the costing\ pricing proposals in bidding processes

- Maintain relationships with external parties inclusive of external auditors, financial institutions etc.

- Analysis and implementation of continuous process improvements

- Manage the preparation of the company's budget\ report on variances

- Reporting on a monthly\ quarterly\ annual basis

The Successful Applicant

In order to qualify for the position, candidates must possess the following skill set :

- Professional accounting designation (CA\CMA\CPA)

- MINIMUM 3 years experience in a managerial capacity

- Advanced experience with Sage accounting software

- Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle a large scope of role

- Experience in job costing
