About Our Client

We are urgently looking for a Field Sales Manager to work for a Beverage Alcohol Organisation and to look after the Ontario market.

Job Description

Purpose:

Reporting into the Sales Director you will lead and manage the Ontario sales team, both on and off premise by developing various elements and procedures essential for the growth of our clients' portfolio and you will mainly focus on coaching, training and developing the sales team to execute the strategies and initiatives set out for our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

*Support all sales representatives through coaching and training in field
*Develop sales initiatives and goals weekly, monthly and quarterly
*Training of new team members
*Identify sales objections by territory
*Provide competitive analysis for brand performance and competitive set
*Stay abreast of industry trends and market competitions through continuous market research and analysis
*Correspond proactively with all corporate partners to maintain positive and long term business relationship
*Develop and manage daily/weekly route planning with all sales representatives
*Communicate regularly with staff and customers about new brands and promotions

The Successful Applicant

*Experience in a similar role
*Experience within the beverage alcohol sector
*Experience in people management within a sales capacity
*To be organised, have outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi task, and meet deadlines
*Advanced computer skills including MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM software
