About Our Client

Our client is a growing real estate and development organization with domestic and international operations.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in the head office and be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities that will be inclusive but not limited to the following:

- Management of the CBDO's calendar and itinerary which will be inclusive to the organization, coordination of travel, meeetings, conference calls and events with internal and external personnelle

- Ensure effective communication between the CBDO and all departments within the head office (finance & accounting, operations, legal etc.)

- Preparation of meetings and agenda's to executive management and participants as required

- Prepare correspondences of a confidential nature

- Inform team of commitments & responsibilities by following up in an efficient manner

- Management of expenses (invoice payments\ expense management accounting and bookkeeping as required

- Purchasing and recieving inventory of office supplies\ equipment

- Maintenance of board rooms, kitchen, foyer for organization and presentation

- Responsible for communication with building management

- Organizing and execution of internal meetings

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the position candidates must possess the following skill set:

- Articulate, professional and a positive attitude towards work

- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi task and work within a decision making capacity

- Ability to work autonomously and handle information of a confidential nature

- Bachelors degree in business administration

- MINIMUM 3-5 years experience in a simillar role * Real Estate \ Development industry is preferred

- Strong excel skills
