About Our Client

Our client is the leading provider of regulated waste management for Healthcare related services. The Company operates in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Its national networks include a total of 89 processing or combined processing and collection sites, and 97 additional transfer, collection or combined transfer and collection sites.

Job Description

  • Contact new potential clients regarding all company service offerings and solutions
  • Negotiate according to company strategy
  • Leverage current and develop new relationships to grow services offerings across large health system, channel partners and other assigned accounts
  • Develop strategic business plans for key accounts designed to increase account penetration resulting in significant revenue growth
  • Be prepared to travel for the purpose of face to face interactions with clients and potential clients
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of various types of Health Care delivery systems and put plans in place to address customer needs as requested
  • Maintain and update client information in database
  • Director is responsible for taking ownership of all associated corporate account sales metrics, developing and compiling quarterly updates, acting as corporate resource in direct selling situations, driving sales strategies and objectives, leading and coordinating field sales activities in support of corporate account strategies and objectives, and executing corporate accounts business plans.
  • Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and building high level relationships
  • Develop with Sales Leaders new target marketing plans and strategies that grow market share

The Successful Applicant

* Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in healthcare sales and consulting
* Minimum of 12 years of professional sales
* Proven success in development and growth of large enterprise accounts
* Proven, successful track record of hitting sales goals and quotas and assigned objectives
