Job Description

  • Assist in administration of the annual performance management and merit review program to ensure effectiveness and compliance within the organization
  • Partner with the business to align initiatives and strategic objectives with annual business goals
  • Lead the ongoing promotion of employee performance and commitment through proper selection, evaluation and training of employees
  • Improve talent management and recruitment programs to ensure an adequate pipeline of strong candidates for future roles
  • Drive transformational change and foster strong culture across the business
  • Participate in Health and Safety initiatives
  • Conduct and participate in research and evaluation as related to salary and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with all Labor Law and Health and Safety Regulations
  • Provide direction to all levels of employees to HR related issues
  • Evaluate current HR processes and offer ways of improvement
  • Lead HR team offering advice and guidance

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience
  • CHRL designation
  • University Degree in Business, HR or related field
  • Strong leader with experience managing a team directly
  • Strong Talent Acquisition/Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience building performance management tools and systems
