About Our Client
Leading Canadian Financial Institution
- Oversee and drive the overall experience design solutions for the Secure or Public (mobile and desktop) digital channels.
- Ensure the design of a holistic client experience in terms of usability standards, creative design and presentation layer development.
- Prioritize and roadmap design needs with an over-arching strategic vision.
- Manage, inspire and lead a multi-disciplinary team of creative individuals.
- Lead a mixed team of designers through all phases of their work engagement from Visioning exercises to handoff
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Business, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Design or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years' work experience in digital experience design; knowledgeable of digital financial services delivery. At least 5+ years of a management role in a dedicated Design team
- A proven track record of launched products that delight, innovate and scale.
- Experience in creating and documenting information architecture, web page layout, interactive design and motion and touch-screen interactions.
