Job Description

  • Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic objectives
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, trends and forecasts
  • Direct and oversee the entire Finance and Accounting functions of the company
  • Manage direct reports effectively ensuring goals are met and guidance is provided
  • Provide recommendations to CEO on ways to enhance financial performance
  • Direct the Treasury functions including managing daily cash needs
  • Provide required financial reporting to CEO and other stakeholders
  • Develop strategy for building a strong asset portfolio through acquisition
  • Develop relationships with PE providers, banks and partners
  • Oversee all business systems, internal controls and corporate policies
  • Risk Management and budgeting
  • Develop short and long term action plans for operation efficiency, including revenue growth and cost saving opportunities
  • Any other requests or projects requested by the CEO

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field
  • MBA, CA, CPA or CFA required
  • Strong background managing the entire finance function in an organization
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Property or Asset Management
