Job Description

The BDM will identify and develop a robust pipeline of new business in Central and Eastern Canada.

You will be required to interface with and influence insurance plan advisors as well as senior executives and HR professionals within some of Canada's largest companies.

The primary aim is to sell the company's unique service offerings by communicating the unique value proposition. You will generate, pursue and close business with senior decision makers.

- Achieve and exceed sales quota

- Deploy targeted executive level sales strategies

- Monitor, educate and support relationships in order to develop the benefits consultant / broker market.
