About Our Client

We are urgently looking for a Brand Manager to work for a Global Beverage Alcohol Organisation based in West GTA.

Job Description


Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will deliver business results for a brand portfolio by supporting and executing brand strategy, plans and initiatives to deliver growth consistent with business objectives.


  • Support work associated with the development of the 3 year plan Strategy and brand plans for the region as well as supporting the planning process for the brands and initiate mid to long term objectives, strategies and plans based on business dynamics
  • Participate in the identification and evaluation of key brand issues, drivers and growth opportunities by using a variety of data sources to analyse relevant business situations and recommend courses of action.
  • Assist with the identification of consumer research objectives using appropriate tools and interpret and apply data as well as assisting with re-design and research.
  • Support the development of targeted consumer information and manage incorporation of research initiatives into consumer insights and identifying optimal consumer target and positioning.
  • Analysis includes pricing, shopper and market segmentation, competition, sku optimisation, channel and portfolio strategy.
  • Support the media plan development, including medium/mix analysis, magazine/show selection and associated analysis to include media planning, marketing plan optimisation and creative briefing on packaging initiatives.
  • Participate in the development of new product development ideas and lead on implementation after development is complete.
  • Participate in the development of and lead implementation of channel customer marketing business building ideas.
  • Digital execution

The Successful Applicant

You will need:

  • Experience assisting/supporting the brand planning process for flagship brands.
  • Experience in successfully executing the launch of new products across a number of markets or channels.
  • Experience in delivering successful consumer activation programs and customer marketing initiatives across channels and customers.
  • Experience in executing media plan development.
  • Experience in digital and social media
  • Experience in budget/P&L management.
  • Experience within CPG or Beverage Alcohol
  • Undergraduate Degree
