Job Description

  • Acting as FPOC for users requiring assistance (17-20% total volume)
  • Properly document all incidents using CRM software
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems problems related to (documents, application software, personal computers, networks, mobile devices)
  • Provide after hours emergency support on a weekly rotating basis

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience with MS Word XP-2010
  • Min. 3 years experience providing support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English)
  • Can work under minimum supervision
