The managerial route
If you are interested in people management, after proving yourself as a successful consultant, you'll take advantage of our competency based management development program. Then, as a Manager you'll be responsible for developing a team of consultants and the profitability of your team. From a Manager's position, you can potentially progress to Director level, a role involving group-wide initiatives and the management of several teams.
The international route
With 148 offices in 32 countries, Michael Page International is able to offer you an unrivaled variety of options once you've established yourself within the business. For example, you can gain further experience of the international recruitment business by working overseas.
The executive consultant route
Some consultants choose to specialize in their chosen field for significant periods of time, becoming highly experienced and knowledgeable in their particular market. For these outstanding consultants we are able to offer a variety of opportunities that enable them to operate within their specialist markets at an executive level.
